Required Terms and Acceptance; Limitations.

Reading and accepting the Terms of Use and reading and accepting the provisions of our Privacy Policy (herein so called) at https://24thwest.com/privacy-policy/ are required considerations for your visit to https://24thwest.com (“the Site”) and your right to visit, read or interact with the Site. All persons are denied access to the Site unless they read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy including but not limited to our policies regarding minors, COPA and compliance with local laws. By viewing, visiting, using or interacting with the Site or with any banner, pop-up or advertising that appears on it, you are agreeing to all of the provisions of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

24th West Organics’ products are only for use in states where the sale and consumption of such products are legal. 24th West Organics’ farm is legally certified by the State of Arizona.  The certificate can be viewed at https://24thwest.com/about/or on the footer of the pages on this site.  The certification may be verified here.

No representations are made with respect to with the Site is appropriate for use in your location. You agree to comply with all local rules applicable to you regarding user conduct on the Internet and acceptable content. Our products are not sold to international users. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Ownership and Use of Information on the Site.

The Site’s contents are owned or licensed by 24th West Organics, LLC. Material contained on the Site must be presumed to be proprietary and copyrighted. An Important Note About FDA Approval.

All statements made in the Site about the efficacy of hemp and its related products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products offered by the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness. Statements regarding dietary supplements or CBD have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Reimbursement for Damages to the Site.

You agree that if you willfully damage the Site, we will repair the Site but you will be responsible for reimbursing the Site for such damages in addition to any other criminal or civil actions the Site will take against you.

Disputes, Jurisdiction and Venue.

Disputes will be handled under the applicable laws of Apache County, Arizona. Pursuant to applicable law, any disputes involving errors on the Site will be promptly corrected. If applicable, the prevailing party in a dispute shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute resolution, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees and travel expenses.
